The Millcreek City Council will hold a Public Hearing at their January 28, 2019 meeting (7:00 PM at City Hall) to consider approving the General Plan.

July 13, 2018: Draft Plan

This Draft General Plan is the result of extensive civic engagement, involving residents, business owners, developers and just about anyone with an interest in the future of Millcreek.

Comments will be collected at Venture Out! as well as online through August 24, 2018. That feedback will be taken into consideration as City staff revise the draft Plan for Planning Commission and City Council consideration. The Draft Plan is continuously being updated and formatted and new versions will be posted as they become available. Although the Draft Plan is currently in Microsoft Word, final formatting will look similar to the Executive Summary below.
