Big Ideas Event Series: Big Ideas Ice Cream Social

Millcreek faces important choices in planning for its future growth and development and wants to hear your ideas about the direction growth should take.

  • Are there areas where transportation improvements are needed?
  • Should Millcreek allow tiny homes and/or accessory dwelling units (ADUs)?
  • What should a future Town Center look like?
  • Where do we encourage redevelopment and investment for our community’s future?

These are just a few of the questions that we need feedback on!

Through Fall 2017 the community told us what they love or would improve about Millcreek and helped create a vision for the future. City staff now requests your input on big ideas and big choices at public workshops which will be on:

Saturday, March 17th -- BIG IDEAS BREAKFAST
10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Bud Bailey Apartments
3970 S. Main Street,
Building C

Thursday, March 22nd --  BIG IDEAS BRAINSTORM
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

The meetings will be a workshop style format where participants are invited to join in small group discussions. In addition to providing information on the General Plan, educational information about each choice will be presented, allowing each participant to learn about the trade-offs and potential benefits that could result from each choice. All meetings will include the same information, so attend whichever works best for your schedule.
